Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting handmade! We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to absolutely love your piece from the Thicket. If you need assistance with an order, here is how we can help:
Custom & Etched Items We pour a lot of care into personalizing your orders. Because custom-etched items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they experience damage during shipping.
Standard Item Returns If a standard, non-customized item isn’t quite what you expected, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To qualify, the item simply needs to be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Getting Started: Please email us at fromthethicket@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can authorize the return and provide the correct shipping address.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items We pack our wooden goods carefully, but if your item is damaged in transit or arrives defective, please let us know right away. Email fromthethicket@gmail.com with your receipt and a few clear photos of the damage and the packaging, and we will happily replace it for you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will email you to let you know it has arrived safely. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
